FORMACIÓN DE HABILIDADES BLANDAS: HACIA LA RESIGNIFICACIÓN EN LA MODALIDAD A DISTANCIA

Resumen

Este escrito constituye una modesta indagación con aportes al análisis de la formación en habilidades blandas como andamiaje necesario para la resignificación de la educación distancia (EaD. Se recoge la experiencia con 65 estudiantes durante el desarrollo del proyecto de investigación que integra el trabajo colaborativo en la UNA Centro local Barinas. Este proyecto contempló el enfoque metodológico investigación acción con un análisis e interpretación hermeneútica. Los resultados dan cuenta a través de la sistematización de experiencia como metódica, las posibilidades del fortalecimiento del saber profesional, social y personal de los estudiantes, la permanencia en el sistema de EaD, actitudes positivas, actuación sin barreras disciplinares, socialización de herramientas pedagógico-didácticas motivadoras y generadoras de aprendizajes significativos, estimulo del potencial en la formación de profesionales de excelencia académica, críticos y socialmente comprometidos con la realidad de sus comunidades. Por último, aporta reflexiones sobre las estrategias y técnicas empleadas para la articulación entre las funciones de docencia, investigación y extensión universitaria para contribuir a la formación de habilidades blandas. Palabras claves: Formación, habilidades blandas, resignificación, modalidad a distancia ABSTRACT This paper constitutes a modest inquiry with contributions to the analysis of training in soft skills as necessary scaffolding for the resignification of distance education (EaD. Experience with 65 students is collected during the development of the research project that integrates collaborative work in the A Local Barinas Center This project contemplated the methodological approach to action research with a hermeneutic analysis and interpretation.The results show through the systematization of experience as methodical, the possibilities of strengthening the professional, social and personal knowledge of the students, the permanence in the EaD system, positive attitudes, action without disciplinary barriers, socialization of pedagogical-didactic tools that motivate and generate significant learning, stimulation of the potential in the training of professionals of academic, critical and socially proven excellence messed with the reality of their communities. Finally, it provides reflections on the strategies and techniques used for the articulation between the teaching, research and university extension functions to contribute to the formation of soft skills.
