IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL PROYECTO CANAIMA EDUCATIVO EN EL MUNICIPIO ALBERTO ARVELO TORREALBA

Resumen

Actualmente la formación del talento humano es uno de los elementos básicos de la calidad educativa cimentada en el constante uso pedagógico de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación. Con el propósito de describir el proceso de implementación del Proyecto Canaima en el municipio Alberto Arvelo Torrealba se emprende esta investigación desde el enfoque introspectivo-vivencialista, haciendo uso de la observación participante propia del método etnográfico, así como la aplicación de la entrevista semiestructurada a tres gerentes responsables del Proyecto Canaima Educativo en el estado Barinas. Entre los resultados parciales se evidencia que durante la planificación y ejecución del Proyecto Canaima Educativo se contó con personal idóneo para georeferenciar las instituciones que se dotaron de conexión satelital, mientras que el seguimiento por parte de las autoridades para impulsar el uso pedagógico de la portátil Canaima debe fortalecerse en los docentes responsables de su implementación en las escuelas primarias del municipio. ABSTRACT Currently the training of human talent is one of the basic elements of educational quality based on the constant pedagogical use of information and communication technologies. With the purpose of describing the implementation process of the Canaima Project in the municipality Alberto Arvelo Torrealba, this research is undertaken from the experientialist approach, making use of the participant observation of the ethnographic method, as well as the application of the semi- structured interview to three responsible managers of the Canaima Educational Project in the state of Barinas. Among the partial results it is evident that during the planning and execution of the Canaima Educational Project, there were qualified personnel to georeference the institutions that were equipped with satellite connections, while the authorities followed to promote the pedagogical use of the Canaima computer it must be strengthened in the teachers responsible for its implementation in the primary schools of the municipality.
